We are dedicated to using only materials that meet our standards of craftsmanship and elegance.

Our jewellery is crafted with carefully selected materials such as 18ct gold plating, 925 sterling silver, brass, and natural gemstones. All of our pieces arenickel-free, and earrings with brass components are fitted with925 sterling silver poststo minimise the risk of irritation.

While every effort is made to minimise the risk of irritation, please note that allergic reactions depend on individual skin sensitivities and may vary from person to person. Customers with known allergies or skin conditions should seek professional advice before wearing new jewellery.

Natural materials such as gemstones, pearls, and mother-of-pearl may also exhibit slight variations in colour, pattern, or texture. These are not considered faults but are part of their inherent beauty and uniqueness.
Jewellery Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, we recommend:

  • Avoid Chemicals: Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products.
  • Store Properly: Keep in a dry, safe place, ideally in the original pouch or box, to prevent scratches.
  • Wear Mindfully: Take off jewellery before exercising or sleeping to maintain its condition.
  • Clean Gently: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.

Note: Natural stones and mother-of-pearl may vary in colour or pattern. These variations are part of their natural charm, not imperfections.
Warranty

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why all of our jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading or scratches.
  • Lost or stolen items.
